Waste Management of Brooklyn, NY came to EcoSteel seeking a 48,000 ftsq exterior wall panel retrofit due to poor weather proofing, high annual maintenance costs, and deteriorating conditions for workers. With no available building plans, and a tight three month project schedule, EcoSteel employed digital point cloud laser technology to provide quick, accurate take offs and began shipping components shortly thereafter. The result is a NY architectural code compliant, weather tight building with reduced energy costs and improved working and safety conditions for employees.
