Anderson Anderson Architecture Project 3300 is a prototype for sustainably built Urban Infill developments. Common landscaping and Green Roof areas are irrigated with Grey Water. HVAC/ energy loads are reduced with efficient appliances and natural lighting/ ventilation designed into the buildings. Rooftops include integrated PV-solar panels with wind generator back up. Developers to apply for LEED Platinum Certification.
