The Toro Canyon Project is a modern steel home meant to provide its owners safety from the Santa Barbara high risk wild fire area. Aside from the safety offered by a steel exterior, the owners sought large spans of glass walls to take advantage of the site’s expansive ocean and valley views.

The project also has a walk able planted roof and roof deck engineered, a high end “vintage” coil finish exterior and steel trellis’ for aesthetics.

This project intends to kick off construction Summer of 2011.
