The Russian Hill Project sits just above the curvy Lombard Street in the heart of San Francisco. Designed to replace the existing home, the design firm, Walker and Moody, had to overcome tremendous limitations of the high density area. Faced with design complications due to traditional construction methods EcoSteel was able to eliminate 3 stories of post tension concrete by using its proven engineering process. Combining the Walker/Moody design and EcoSteel steel system permits have been filed and construction should begin in the coming months.

A 10,500 square foot, three story spec home, this modern construction masterpiece boasts a roof top entertainment deck, a traditional stucco finish and 3 story car/vehicle elevator.
