The Rolling Vineyards Project is an approx. 7,700 square feet home surrounded by a 1,000 square foot lanai. The homeowner wanted a wide open floor plan that allowed for maximum flexibility. Their ideas turned to reality by Gardener Design. To limit the amount of support columns needed Gardener Design partnered with EcoSteel to engineer the design to increase the panoramic views of the nearby vineyard and wilderness.
