Maui Oil selected EcoSteel based on their program requirements of a 90-day dried-in shell completion. A Pre-Engineered steel framing system and a steel/concrete subfloor system ensured a speedy vertical construction process. The roof is finished with insulated steel panels and the exterior walls were finished with "Stucco Style" Insulated Steel Panels to meet stringent architectural guidelines. Windows are Low-E / Argon Gas filled with vinyl frames.
