Proposed FlexDesign for small package processing centers worldwide. This design program mandates the use of natural lighting, open clear-span interiors and LowE glass throughout the building envelope. The EcoSteel Pre-Engineered system provides expandable modules for variations in building length and width. The IBeam structure provides superior clear span properties for open floor requirements. The insulated steel roof and wall panels exceed most local codes for R Values, including California Title 24 Code Requirements.
