Forj Lofts

The Forj Lofts is a Minimalistic/ Scandanavian design. Residing on the Atlantic coast of Delaware, the project is engineered for extreme wind loads. The Forj name is a play on words for an Iron Forge, as there is nothing but steel used for the building components. Limited staging areas for material and crew mandated a carefully executed shipment and assembly program.

Goshawk Ranch
Park City, UT

The Goshawk Ranch project is a showcase in sustainable design and construction methods. Green Building features include solar powered radiant heat and low voltage lighting, along with a large electric generating windmill and a robust grey water irrigation system. Features a private rope tow/ ski hill, as well as an outdoor ampitheater.

Northern Steel Business Center
Lewes, DE

Northern Steel Investments, LLC

The Northern Steel Business Center was built to house the Northern Steel International corporate office and showcase the simplistic efficiencies of embracing an All Steel approach to design and construction of commercial buildings.

The architectural theme is intended to convey a Contemporary Marina style of building to compliment the coastal surroundings. Harsh North-Eastern storms dictated the Standing Seam roof design. Aluminum framed LowE glass and steel framed exterior canopies and cupolas, provided the final trim to complete the nautical theme.
